By selecting Early Access, you are booking a dedicated priority turnover. Our team adjusts their entire schedule to ensure the house is sparkling, the pool is ready, and the doors are open the moment your group arrives.

How To Book We offer two ways to customize your arrival based on our estate’s master calendar:
The Priority Window ($75/hour): Looking to arrive just a few hours early? Message us 7 days prior to your arrival. If the house is available, we will lock in your early access and notify our cleaning team immediately.
The Guaranteed Arrival: If your group requires a guaranteed morning arrival confirmed well in advance, please inquire about our Guaranteed Arrival Upgrade. This secures the home for your exclusive use starting as early as 9:00 AM.
🧊 A Note on Ice & Logistics To keep your check-in seamless, please do not include bags of ice in any early grocery deliveries. Melted ice can damage freezer seals, leading to expensive repairs.
Need a total fridge transformation? Skip the grocery run and ask about our "Stock the Fridge" Service, which includes two complimentary bags of fresh ice ready and waiting in the freezer for your arrival!

How It Works
🛒 YOU ORDER: Place your grocery order via Instacart, Amazon, Shipt, or Walmart+ for your arrival day.
🕒 YOU SCHEDULE: Set your delivery time. (Please coordinate with us — it’s usually 2 hours before your check-in).
❄️ WE STOCK: Our concierge team meets the driver, receives your order, and professionally organizes your fridge and pantry.
✨ YOU ARRIVE: Walk into a house that’s fully prepped. Your drinks are cold, your snacks are ready, and the mimosas are calling.
🧊 A Note on Ice
Please do not include ice in your delivery order. Because it arrives melted, it leaks into the freezer seals, causing mechanical damage which is expensive to repair. To keep things stress-free, we provide two bags of fresh ice for you!
